I am a qualified and experienced psychologist and counsellor. Although I use many different counselling techniques, I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I believe gets the best results in the quickest time.

My clients come to me from various backgrounds and with various wellbeing-related problems. Stress, anxiety, depression and relationship problems are all very common reasons why people contact me.

I believe in being open and honest with anyone who contacts me for advice. Counselling is absolutely not for everyone, it may work or it may not. But one thing is absolutely guaranteed, everyone will get some benefit from CBT or from other counselling approaches.

Online counselling works very well, and I have clients from all over the UK, and from overseas. For many people, a face-to-face session works best and I have consulting rooms in Aberdeen and Edinburgh. Consultations can be arranged for during the day, in the evenings or at weekends, whichever works best.
